GCA 2016-2017 Yearbook Ads
Straight from the heart and into the yearbook! GCA is now offering the opportunity to “personalize” the yearbook in a very special way with an inaugural year Student Recognition Ad. You can send a message to your son/daughter or grandchild. You can congratulate your graduating Kindergartener or perhaps you want to say just how much he/she means to you. The following size personal ad spaces are available:
Full Page Ad: $200: Include text and up to 10 photos.
Half Page Ad: $100: Include text and up to 5 photos.
Quarter Page Ad: $50: Include text and 2 photos.
Eighth Page Ad: $25: Include text and 1 photo.

Important Photo Information
When you are submitting photos, please write the student’s name lightly in pencil on the back of the photo. You may submit photos on a CD in the .jpg format. Be sure to write the student’s name on the CD. Remember that higher resolution digital pictures and larger print pictures are better for us. It is easier for us to size down than to size up. Poor quality photos submitted to us will not print will in the yearbook. GCA reserves the right to reject photos or ask the customer to make changes to conform to GCA standards. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Norrod at bnorrod@griffinchristian.org or 770-228-2711. Please do not scan your photos and send a printed copy of the scanned photos. We have to scan the photos again to upload them to the yearbook web page and the quality of the picture goes down.
If you wish to purchase an ad for your student, please note that all ads are sold on a space available, first-come, first-served basis.
- Fill out the attached contract and return it with all necessary pictures/text to the school office, Mrs. Norrod or your student’s teacher. All materials need to be placed in an envelope and marked “Yearbook Ad” on the outside of the envelope. Please also write the student’s name on the outside of the envelope. Do not send any irreplaceable family photos. Instead have them digitally scanned at 300DPI and submitted on CD. Digital Scanning at 300 DPI (dots per inch) will ensure that your photos are print quality. *Photos will be returned when the yearbooks arrive.
- Include your check in the appropriate amount made out to GCA.
- The ad sale contract must be included in the envelope.
- You may include a rough sketch of how you would like the ad to look (optional). Please do not attach pictures to the sketch in any way.
The DEADLINE for turning in the completed ad packet and money is Friday, December 16, 2016. If you submit information or payment after this date your ad cannot be include in the 2016-2017 yearbook.
